Windows Me Boot

I just want my eMachines 433i (i gave it to a friend, but im using it for science fair because it runs Windows Me very well) to boot directly to Windows Me and it gives me the option to boot to Windows 2000 or Microsoft Windows, Windows 2000 is the default, and i did a search for boot.ini using Me's search program and it came up with nothing, Help!

Is 2k still on it?

If so, is 2k on NTFS?

If it is on NTFS ME won't be able to find it, because ME can't read NTFS partitions.

If 2k isn't still on it, then have you enabled show hidden/system files in Explorer?
