?What kind for PC TV card (Pall Europe)? for good performance

Hello,

I' m building an P4 1,6 GHz system (500 MB RAM)
and would like to install a PC TV card.
Wich one should I choose to get an as perfect as possible image like on a real TV? I use a 17 inch monitor with 64 MB of video memory.
IS 'Pinnacle MIRO video PC TV' rave a good product for wath I search.
I don' t like to get something like an vibrating image on my screen.
I use the European Pall system.
any suggestions??

One of the best stand alone - (as opposed to Graphics card integrated like the ATI Radeon Vivo)) TV cards to get is the HAUPPAUGE (pronounce HO-POG) They specialise in nothing but TV cards so they no what they are doing when they make one. alos they are not to expensive.
