This deal is on offer by an Irish company called komplett.ie.AMD Duron1.1 ghz ,128mb sd ram, asus mobo, amd cpu,and fan.I just want to do a first build. It costs 242 euro which is about $200.
would it be okay to buy with just those details?

I did a quick search and came up with £132.00.
Depends what mobo and ram.

This is the spec of the parts.The problem is that I don't understand the abbreviations.I really would appreciate help.

May be the price is good but thing about the future too, don't you want to upgrade your pc in near future?
if you think about upgrading, make sure you can use faster AMD XP cpu in this mobo and also the possiblity to use DDR ram( some mobos have sockets for both SDRAM and DDR RAM).
