Whats a good editing program for pictures?

Does anyone know a really good picture editing program like paint shop pro? Is that the best one? I would like to spend up too $200.00.

Hi Jude FOr my money, you cannot beat Paint Shop Pro. I have been using it ever since version 3.12 ( on 4 3.5 floppies!) came out. Much cheaper than Photoshop, and it has a vast range of plug ins available including Photoshop ones. There is no reason to spend GOK on Photoshop when a cheaper program will do the job.
