Connecting two monitors to a laptop

Hi

I have two 17inch LCD monitors that I wish to use in my office. My PC is a Toshiba Tecra tablet. I do not have a docking station. I only have one port in the laptop for connecting an external monitor to. My question is:

How do I connect both monitors to the laptop so that I can use the NVIDIA display program, ie, have mail on one monitor and the other free for spreadsheets, powerpoints, etc?

I used this for a client setup. Seemed to work pretty well.

The other option (maybe) is a docking station. Not all docking stations will support multiple monitors.
