Hey,

Today, I was using my computer and then suddenly, I got "services.exe" crash with this message: "services and controller app has encountered a problem and needs..."

I wrote it on google.com, and found nothing.
the suggestion were:
1. Blaster -> negative
2. Sasser -> negative
3. Using Avg spywere , delete all spywere - > nothing.
4. Running full scan, after update, with Kaspersky, deleted all of the things that were found, and still -> nothing.
5. I use F-Secure scan, taught maybe my kaspersky doesn't working and still -> nothing.
6. I run msconfig, and there was this file in startup "JMRaidTool" (don't know what is it), but it gets back..
7. The only time I didn't get this error is on the last restart, and I don't want to check yet if the next will give me another error..

I published here an Hijhack log :

When posting logs, don't use the code tags, it makes them harder to read.

Also, Hijack This needs to be in its own location, not the temp file and posting the logs from at least the F-secure scan will be helpful.

Are your locale settings for Israel? I noticed some strange characters that appear to be Hebrew letters...

yes, and I edited and gave the F-secure scan result.

I`m from Israel , and there are Hebrew characters.. that says "download with flashget"

Ok, as long as you know what they are...sometimes non-English character sets are indicative of infections.

Someone will probably get around to doing a detailed look later this afternoon or evening...I can't spot anything glaringly obvious, but I'm still a bit rusty on this stuff.

Please do this:

Please download SmitfraudFix (http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.zip) (by S!Ri)
Extract the content (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop.

Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.

Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

It looks like the main infection was already removed... Please post a fresh HJT log to see if there are any other clues and note how your computer is running...

Also, run this and let it fix what it finds...

Try running an MWavScan... It will produce a log in the lower window that has the bad list and you will need to use Ctrl-C to copy it and then paste it here for review.... If the list is extremely long, you can just paste the lines that begin with the word "File" since those are the ones we need to be most concerned about...
