barebone powersupply

hi well i boought a barebone with a powersupply 250watt
now the questions is how watts does a hard disk and an dvd burner need
my cpu a AM2 4600+ EE uses 65watt the mother bord is a asus
i'm just asking actually if there is enough watts left for a videocard

NO!

A modern machine needs 450W or so to have 'enough'...

Bundled power supplies are either very weak (if rated high enough) or woefully under powered (like this one).

Play around with it...remember, you don't want to end up at something like 230W on a 250W PSU.
