As far as I know all real PC2700 333MHz DDR is CAS 2.5. Corsair, Kingmax, and OCZ make CAS 2 but it is made with PC2100 chips. Here are a few places to start looking. Googlegear.com, (http://www.googlegear.com/jsp/ProductList.jsp?ThirdCategoryCode=011112) Newegg.com, (http://www.newegg.com/app/manufactory.asp?catalog=147&DEPA=1) and Micro-Express.com (http://www.emicrox.com/eShop/ProductList.aspx?cid=202)

Buy Crucial or Samsung and you will get real PC2700 not overclocked PC2100 but it will be CAS 2.5 and you can run it at CAS 2 without any problems.
