Passed Net+!

Took the Net+ exam this morning and passed with a 760. :D :cool:

I was so nervous. It didn't help that I had absolutely no clue about the very first question on the exam. :rolleyes: :p

As in the A+ exams I took, most of the questions had little to do with what questions the practice exams I used have on them. :p

That just reinforces the fact that you need to actually know all the material and not just memorize tables and such. ;)

What's next? Hope you stick with it. I completed my A+ and Net+ and then went on to get my MCSE and RHCE. But during and after, I got distracted and moved on to something else....I just decided I prefer to enjoy computers as a hobby or past time and not as a profession...

What's next?
Well I had been thinking to keep on the logical track and move on to Security+. But I may go with Linux+ instead. I have really been wanting to get down and dirty with Linux for quite awhile, but just haven't had the time. I have a couple of good Linux books I have been trying to get through but with studying for Net+ I had to lay them down. The book I really want to dive into is about customizing and making your own Linux Live CD's. :cool:
