Hand Held Scanner

Hi all,

I am trying desperately to locate a hand held scanner that can scan off its own powe supply and memory and can then be connected to a PC at a latter time and download the data,

It needs to be ables to scan photos so the document line scanners are no good,

HP used to do one but they have stopped supply,

any one help, please
