Vista similar to osx????

There has been alot of criticism on the new windows vista and how its features are very similar to that of apples osx. I was reading some info on wwwt3vistainfoblogspotcom and think the new software is very impressive. There are some similarities but it still distinguishes itself from osx with many other new features.
Everybody is entitled to their opinion, tell us what you think.
