better Windows?

hi everyone!!!

I am currently using Win98SE...it crashes/freezes frequently....what's the next best thing.....Win2K or WinXP...definitely not WinME coz i heard its the same as Win98SE...


please consider the following:

-- 10 units networked together on a LAN setup
-- frequent games (RA2,Yuri's Revenge,CS1.3,Quake3,Battle Realms,etc.)
-- 10 units AMD Duron950,256 mb SDRAM,GeForce2/ATI video cards,

2000 or XP definatly I'm not a gammer so couldnot possably tell you which would be better your looking at NTFS file system so it will slow you down on games but if you install on a fat 32 then XP would probobly be the way to go.
