What is the proceedure for testing the Soft Power circuit when the external power switch and connection is ok but the computer doesn't start. The mother board is a D845EPI. ATX case. There is a small LED on the mb that is lite. The PSU is good. I tried another known good PSU with the same results. Has anyone figured out how to bypass that circuit? Appreicate any help on this one.
