I just purchased a 320gb Barracuda 7200.10 but I have no idea how to install it.

Some more details would be helpful.

PATA or SATA or other type of drive, is it an internal or external drive and what is already on the system. Then do you want to add it as a storage device or run an OS from it. Finally since the drive is bigger than 128gig, which OS and SP (if any) is to be used.
