Using Spybot and message AntiVirus Disable Notify

Hi Everyone ,

Hope you can help. I know this has been covered before but my situation is slightly different. This message has been coming up for some time now when I do a spybot scan but ive just been ignoring it as Ive searched before for other people having this message and other people has been advised to ignore it. The probem is my girlfriend did a scan herself and deleted both of the disable notify messages and im not sure what they where or how its going to affect my system. My understanding is a bit limited.

What does this mean. You said you are getting a message with spybot. What is the message???????? Nobody can help you with the detail you are giving except maybe Carnac the Great.....:confused:

Its the message on the title, 2 items are found and I think they said Norton AntiVirus Disable Notify. These are the files my girlfriend deleted.

Is this XP-SP2 for the operating system? If so, it would be in the security notification settings for the AV and firewall in security console.

Please post the exact message, the program that displays the message and as much relevant information as possible. We do not have enough information to help you.
