This would be my second pc that I build. I`m in a low budget. What u think?
Enlight 7237 300w $ 64.00
Biostar M7VKG mATX SDR S/V $ 67.00
256 MB PC133 SDRAM $ 51.00
WD 20.0GB U100 7200 2MB $ 67.00
Beige 1.44 FDD $ 14.00
Lite-on 32x12x40 CDRW Kit $ 70.00
Duron 1.2GHz 200FSB OEM $ 46.00
Total (excluding shipping and tax): $ 379.00
it`s all brand new parts. No shipping expenses if all from same vendor. So?

The power supply and RAM look a little expensive, especially the RAM. You can get two 128meg sticks for $20 each, I'd have to look again for the PS.

Fruss Tray Ted, that power supply includes a case and it is a good one at a good price.

Get your RAM all in one stick, in case you ever want to upgrade because your mobo only has two DIMM slots. And may I suggest getting your RAM from www.crucial.com (http://www.crucial.com) - they have one 256MB stick of PC133 SDRAM for $50 + free shipping within the US (I guess it would only be cheaper for those who live in the US).
As for the processor, Durons are limited to a 200MHz DDR bus speed (100MHz base speed) so your RAM may be slowed to PC100 speeds. To fix this, get yourself a slower speed Athlon T-bird at say 1.13GHz (or any T-bird on a 266MHz bus) and you'll be able to run your RAM at PC133 and you'll have more performance 'cause the T-bird's have twice as much L2 cache as the Duron. You may even be able to get a T-bird at 1.2GHz (on Newegg I found a T-bird 1.33GHz for cheaper than a Duron 1.2GHz) because the T-birds have been replaced by the Athlon XP's, but the Duron hasn't been replaced yet. And never will by the sound of it, but that's another story...
I like your other selections, I'm using a computer in the Enlight 7237 case right now, good budget case, even has decent drive rails, but a bit warm without another case fan besides the power supply one (true of just about any case these days). And the Lite-On CD-RW drive has gotten scads of good reviews, and at the cheap CD-RW prices now I think I'll upgrade my 'old' 16x Plextor. Just one more thing, tho - what about a processor heatsink & fan? Don't leave that out or you'll be needin' a new CPU about 2 seconds after your first POST! They run about $7 minimum.

Not sure about this particualr mobo, but many AMD boards have a setting that can allow the PC133 to run at full speed. It is the FSB + 33 setting under the memeory area in the BIOS.

Wait a minute.......but isn`t the FSB 200/266 a separate thing from the 100-133Mhz SDAM? I thought that you could have 100FSB and 133MhZ memory!

Well yes it is, and you'll have to use that option if you already have a Duron, but I just don't like to think that much! http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/biggrin.gif Mostly I leave my BIOS alone unless there's an absolute reason to change it (like game performance, stability, etc).

The Biostar M7VKG is capable of using PC133 SDRAM even with a 100 MHz system clock, 200MHz FSB Duron processor installed and will automaticaly set the memory clock at 133MHz if PC133 is installed and detected via SPD (Serial Presents Detect). If BIOS doesn't detect it go to BIOS settup on the advanced chipset features page disable SPD and set the DRAM Clock to HCLK+33M (Host Clock + 33MHz)
