Nedd help choosing a motherboard HELP PLZ

The Tiger MPX (S2466N-4M) or Asus A7M266-D?

I want to get the AMD Atholon MP 2000+ with one of those motherbords but which one? Does anyone have one of these motherboards that can help me choose one? Does anyone know pros or cons to either board? Would you reconmend one of these boards?

I'm not familiar with those boards. But I am familiar with the brands. Asus has a very good reputation. Tiger - well, not as good.
