Filseclab firewall keeps asking me that so and so application wants to get access to my IP, normally i say yes, but i just clicked no because i went into andvanced curiously and it said that AnyApp whatever wanted access, i was like... virus, heck no. So do i have to go to advanced everytime or can i just know what to let in and what to dish out?

I don't know the program you are using, so I don't know what you mean by "advanced"... However, in using Kerio, I have not seen any easy way to know what to allow and what not to allow... Usually if I am not sure, I will disallow and see if it makes a difference... If it doesn't seem to make a difference, I will disallow and make that a rule so it doesn't keep asking... Most often these days, I know why it is asking for something to run and can allow it...

I'm not sure what you are asking... do you mean it's asking for access for no reason when you are not starting anything new? What is the name of the app?
Do you mean AnyApp or AnyNet?

That was its name, AnyApp. I was in my myspace when it appeared, so i assumed it was a virus
