For anyone who knows about dvd burners I have a few questions, i'm probably going to get the Panasonic LF-D321U DVD-RAM/R drive for my computer and it is about $260.
1. With dvd-r can you make exact copies of dvd movies easily that work just with the software that would come with the dvd, and is it really complicated.
2. Also can you copy ps2 games using dvd-r and do they mostly work because I heard that there were some problems with them and dvd-rw, and do you need a mod chip.
3. How long does it take to copy a 4.7 gig dvd movie.
4. Are OPTODISC DVD-R 4.7G any good because there only $1.80 each.
5. For the dvd drive i'm getting is a 1mb buffer ok.
6. What's the best software for making exact copies of dvd's, making data dvd's from ram disks, and maybe making a video cd from video you have on your computer.
7. Is the panasonic dvd drive that i'm getting a good deal for $260 but i'm sure that I want something with dvd ram/r but I don't care about cdr/rw.
