oh help me please. its too much!

please someone help me my computer its not very old and it is full of spyware apparently now i went in and ran my spy bot and adaware and everything like that and my computer is running a LITTLE better but i still have this system alert thing in my task bar that keeps saying i have too many spyware application running and it may impact the performance of my computer n when i click on it it just sends me to a site to buy a program to get rid of it... i havent bought anything like that but i had a guy tell me that i have prolly 50+ programs running in my back ground i want to get rid of allthe spyware in my computer and i dont know how... and im not all that smart with computers so if someone could help me please!!!!!!!!

Download a little program called HijackThis v1.99.1 from here:

Make a new folder on the hard drive and unzip the downloaded HJT into the new folder. Run the executable you put into the folder and make a log. Copy and Paste the log as replies here. (Use multiple posts if too large for a single reply, we need the entire log posted)
Wait for the experts to review the log and follow their instructions. Do not delete anything unless they instruct you to do so.

Okay, it is what I thought it was... Run this now:

It would be a good idea to print out these instructions, or copy them to a NotePad file for reading while in Safe Mode, because you will not be able to connect to the Internet to read from this site.

Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :
Restart your computer
Just before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key;
Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu with options should appear;
Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press "Enter".
Choose your usual account.
Once in Safe Mode, open the SmitfraudFix folder again and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #2 - Clean by typing 2 and press "Enter" to delete infected files.

You will be prompted : "Registry cleaning - Do you want to clean the registry ?"; answer "Yes" by typing Y and press "Enter" in order to remove the Desktop background and clean registry keys associated with the infection.

The tool will now check if wininet.dll is infected. You may be prompted to replace the infected file (if found); answer "Yes" by typing Y and press "Enter".

The tool may need to restart your computer to finish the cleaning process; if it doesn't, please restart it into Normal Windows.
A text file will appear onscreen, with results from the cleaning process; please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.
