Need HELP!!!!!! What is a really good HTML editor???

Hello,

does anyone know a really good html editor? Like Mircosoft front page or Namco webeditor. Are those any good? Are there better ones? PLZ Help!

Front page is ok...Dreamweaver is supposed to be the best, but it's not cheap...

Unless I'm in a hurry, I write HTML by hand using notepad...
