help i got a virus - Duplicate...

the other day i caugh t a virus called oprotection bar and a trojan i been triying to delete it for days and i am still unsuccesful i know i still have it because i have an icon in the bottom right of my screen that says system alert and if i click it it takes me to a website and gives me all this programs to buy. also when i start my computer it guives me an error that my file c:windows\scvhost.exe is missing
