New build: Asus P5W DH - Short Beep /10sec/ Short Beep (No Video)

I tried to dig around before resorting to a post but no luck so far. Someone mind helping me out here?...

Installed CPU/Heatsink (Tested sequence of beeps)
Installed each of two sticks of RAM (Tested beeps)
Installed video card

I get one beep on start-up, a 10 second gap, and another short beep. Then no more beeps. Everything fires up fine - all fans & video card (monitor works), but no bios on screen. It's late for me, out of ideas at the moment.

Power Supply: PC Power & Cooling 750
Motherboard: Asus P5W DH Deluxe
CPU: E6600
RAM: Corsair XMS TWIN2X2048-6400C4
Video Card: EVGA 8800GTS 640

Try the another video card and also another RAM, which have been working previously. If this also don't work reset BIOS. And if this also do not give display i think there is a problem with the motherboard.

Update, but still no luck:

CPU/Heatsink (1 Long Beep, 2 Short Beeps, Continuous)
Add RAM (1 Long Beep, 3 Short Beeps, 10 Sec silence, 1 Beep)
Add Video Card (1 Short Beep, 10 Sec silence, 1 Beep)

The P5W DH Deluxe has AMI Bios Beep codes. If anyone can gather anything from these codes and help out, I would appreciate it.

preet, thanks for the suggestion, but the only other sticks of RAM and Video Card I have on-hand aren't compatible with this board.

Problem solved (so far). Re-installed everything. Better positioned mobo
