You'll be fine. As long as you don't have much more in your case than a hard drive and a cd rom or two.

Still should be no worries. I have a 300 watt power supply on a Gigabyte mobo, PIII 800, 512 Mb RAM, GeForce 4 Ti 4400, SoundBlaster Audigy, ethernet card, cd-rom, cd-r/rw, 40 Gig HDD, 3 case fans, and not a glitch.
Get the card!! http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/tongue.gif

make absolutely sure you properly uninstall the voodoo drivers and entries in the registry for 3dfx before you attempt to install the Geforce card-or you'll wind up with a headache you'll regret! http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/eek.gif
I would seriously suggest a fresh reinstall of windows in this case.
