Laptop Purchase

Hello, im looking to buy the best laptop i can buy for less tan 2400, I want it to be Intel Core 2 Duo, t7200,400 or 600.
2GB Ram, it must have 256 or better video car.
It must be 13" or LESS.
It must have windows Vista Bussiness or Ultimate.
Must have Optical Driver (DVD 8X Dual Layered).

My choises as of now are: Sony VAIO VGN-SZ450N/C
or Dell XPS 1210.

If you know of a better computer that meets this criteria, please let me know. or if you could tell me which one you prefer.

What will this laptop be used for?

Where do you plan on buying it?

I plan on buying it online, $2400 USD, planned for 3D Animation (3D Studion Max), Video and Photo Edition (Avid, Adobe Premier and photoshop), Required in order to show customer their projects easily (thats why i need a laptop), ultraportable and good battery life.
Some online gaming, (not really common). and media such as DVD Player, and Music player.
