I'm not sure how to best descirbe this but since I used norton ghost to replace my windows partition from a few weeks ago then ever since the preview for avi's etc does not work. I have done a screen print to show what i'm talking about as it's hard to desribe.

the one of the left being how it is now and the one on the right how it should (from a different computer)
Whilst this may seem minor it will really bug me! does anyone have any ideas how to fix this? I'm am using XP pro.
