have no device warning

hi, when i start pc i get window saying: have no device/cannot get device
previously had prob istalling tv tuner so i removed it. Any ideas ?

You should not start threads dealing with ones you actively have. If you pulled the tv capture card and began to get errors, deal with it in the same thread.
