Hard Drive Help

I just bought this awhile ago its a:

Hitachi Deskstar T7K250 HDT722525DLAT80 (0A31611) 250GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache IDE Ultra ATA133 Hard Drive - OEM (from newegg.com)

My only problem is it didn't come with any cables and I might know the answer but, i want to make sure question is can I use the IDE cable that is currently going into the orginal Hard Drive, Use the cable to plug into the new one or should I buy a new IDE Cable? Thanks

Yes you can use the old IDE cable.

Is this an upgrade from the old drive or were you having issues with the old drive?
