Misc Questions Folder?

I was just wondering...what if you have a question about computers you are curious about? where does it go? general? becuase if i have a quesiton that isnt exactly a problem but rather a issue on computers that i want cleared up then i dont know where it goes. Maybe making a new folder for those questions?
