im looking to buy an LCD monitor for my new gaming rig, i currently have a 17in CRT from my 1997 gateway 2000 pc.

im looking for either a 20 or 22 inch screen possibly 19 but it would have to be awsome.

the more added features the better and the problem is i cant find a good monitor with componate imputs like to hook an xbox or xbox360 up to it. i really want that feature. also speakers and a headphone jack would be great but not nessisary.

ive looked around quite a bit and havent found anthing for less then 700 for what i want could someone point me in the right direction?

I recently got one of these:

"Looking to go big on screen size and value, without breaking the bank? The Chimei 221D-NBC Black 22" LCD Monitor is your ticket to widescreen heaven. Enjoy smooth video and fast gaming with a speedy 5ms response time. Enjoy bright, vibrant images with 1680 x 1050 pixels of WSXGA+ resolution, 330 candelas of searing brightness and a generous 800:1 contrast ratio. That’s enough desktop space for true HD gaming and enough real estate to line up almost 2 full-sized documents.

A 170° horizontal and 160° vertical viewing angle, combined with tilt adjustment and VESA wall mounting compliance, gives you flexibility to view this king-sized screen from almost anywhere in the room. A brilliant buy for the savvy shopper."

No experience with gaming console hookups though, and I use headphones via the PC tower, but for the $$$ the picture is truly outstanding and well worth it. Hope this helps! :)
