Hidden window

I had to reboot after a upgrade when this sign came up just before shutdown " All information will be lost in 'HIDDEN WINDOW' any chance anyone know what it is???

looks like windows was closing all programs/processes for a safe shutdown, and had to kill one that was named "hidden window"... it could be ok, could me malware, post a hijack-this log.

Are you sure that is the exact message?
