Win 2000 server problem

When I remotly login to my win 2000 server via RDC as the administrator all I get is a black screen and nothing else (same in Vista Beta and XP pro).

However when I use anyother account I do not have this problem. This is also not a problem when I login as admin on the machine itself.

What is causing this ?

I would check the terminal services profile settings for that account. It is possible to set it up so that a different profile (or some different settings anyway) are used when logging in remotely.
