If there is any one topic that all MB's have too many of it's "My defrag stops at 10%" or "My scandisk never finishes". You should put a sub directory on the opening page under General Hardware / How Do I / Scandisk - Defrag. I can't think how to make this clear in writing but I don't mean a level below, [How Do I], I mean visible right below it.
You could just state the answers we all give right up front; Use task manager, etc., Use MSconfig, etc., Run from DOS, download and install WindowsME version (include a link).
I can't think of a better person to write it than you know who, our leader and if you say people can search it with the archives it's true but how many do?
