Unauthorized modifications

I need some help to download a program utility to back computer configurations(when system starts), after unauthorized software instalations, downloaded files(delete all after boot), but all this automatic and that supports win98.

If you split your data from your system onto different partitions and make an image of the system partition then you can always easily "go back in time" by restoring the system partition. The www.terabyteunlimited.com utilities can do this for you but perhaps you had something else in mind such as registry backup and so forth.
