programs not on my pc but in my logs

I have two programs one a locked access database file which show up as being in my internet logs yet when I run a search I cant find these files on my pc

Now what I want to know is this - someone connects a flash drive to download cd covers off the net, could these programs be on the persons drive?

Or can a program exist in my internet log and not be on my pc? When i opened the ms access locked file with notepad it seemed to contain info on my logs is this connected with my firewall zone alarms or my virus checker avg? It is just strange to me that the file does not appear on my pc yet it is there in a search on last accessed saying it is in my internet logs

Two programs or two files?

An Access database file is just a file, not a program? If you can open it Notepad then it is there? I am very confused but what you are asking?
