My heatsink fan is at the top of my case.So is my power supply.I Cant seem to find a case that has the power supply located in the middle or lower so the heatsink fan can breath.A buddy of mine has an old Dell That has the fan next to the connections for the motherboard.
Does anyone know of a company the makes a case with the power supply in a different spot

I'm not sure what you mean by the fans are interfering... they should not be. Cool air should come in through the front of the case, move up across the motherboard, through the heatsink, then either out through the power supply or out the back case fan.

We need to know your specs and as much information about your case as possible.
