Having to start Computer twice?

I turn on my power supply and computer and it sounds like its booting up fine and then just turns off. When I turn it on again it boots and runs perfectly. I have no idea whats wrong. Can anyone help?

Does it do this everytime? How are you shutting it down?

POwer supplies heading for that big regenerator in the sky will sometimes do that... ;)

It doesnt do it everytime. Usually after I boot it up when I get home for work. When I shut down I turn off the Comp thru XP and once it shuts down I flip the power supply switch. If the PS is going bad im going to return it to Frys. I just bought the thing about 3 weeks ago
