You also have McAfee running...that can account for a couple SVCs by itself...grab Process Explorer (http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/utilities/ProcessExplorer.mspx) and check them out...if you hover the cursor over one, a tooltip will pop up showing what it is 'connected' to...

Sorry i haven't responded lately-
No internet for a while- trying to get a home network working

I have one more question, my computer starts off fast, i can launch any program while starup is going on and have NO PROBLEM, but, like clockwork, about 2 hours in my CPU usage DROPS to 10-20% and DOES NOT GO ABOVE unless i am running some scaning programs, but those programs only makes it go to 50% for about 2 seconds. At this time it takes about 20 min to open firefox or any other program.

1) I already checked for overheating issues- there are none
2) Symptoms:
A) I open Task Manager and 1 svchost is using over 25,300k of memory
B)Startmenu and bar seem to be "NOT responding"

I am wondering if i have a virus?
