Game socket proxy application wanted !!

Hello everyone I am lookin for special programs that can do me this functions :

1. Application u set: the port ur application it's using (like program works on 7000 port) and tell the socket server that u want to pass thru port 80 (http).

2. The application connects to socket server on port (80).

3. And the socker server connects to ur destination thru port 7000.

* It should be some kind of game socket proxy application.

Any help will be greatfull....
