i receive " services and controllers app " popup every 15 minutes.
and " services.exe - application error " and text saying " the instruction at "0x7e9b3a7a" referenced memory at "0x00000148". the memory could not be read." and if i click on anything i get "services.exe shuts down system with status code 1073741819"


when i try to reinstall antivirus, an internet explorer script error pops up and is blank . they are neverending. i closed roughly 100 of them before my finger died out on me. same thing if i try system restore or if i try to run my already installed mcafee. ive run spybot s&d and got rid of a trojan but i keep getting other peoples opinions on this being a sasser virus or somehting.

on the hijackthis log, i change hijackthis.exe to analyze.exe cuz i was told it would help find ones that hid themselves from hijackthis. not sure how sure they are for that. and akprog.exe is mine as well. am trying some online virus scanners. any help would be great cuz i got school work to get done soon. feel free to email me at garylovesginger AT yahoo.com thank you so much. and if you need more info tell me.

Sorry about the amount time it has taken me. The computer with the problems would not let me access the internet, so I had to borrow an computer. I still am running dr.web antvirus, again for the second time. I deleted C: \windows\system32: HUY32.SYS , which online scanner F-secure found. It said the results were 3 malware found so I deleted it. It Stop the freq. pop up, application error messg. service. exe.

But now black screen death dumping physical memory.
System32: huy32sys-addressf739e519 base at f739coo, datestamp 460fdadc
which looks like i should have not delete system32: HUY32.sys file.
also the program smitfruad fix found that item. so I delete it.

All virus seem to be gone and working fine, but I can not get on internet explorer. So I deleted int. ex. 7 and know I can not reinstall, every time I try and validate it starts to and then, I get the Black screen of death. I tried to reintall and earlier version and it gives me a message saying:

Setup has detected a newer version of Int.ex. already Installed on this system. Setup can not continue.

I have search threw programs, windows, sys32 folders and could not find any trace of program.

Also windows search feature has quit working in the start menu, so I can't search for files.
System restore will not work also, so I thinking about saving files and reinstalling Os, Becuase I don't know what else to do.

That also gives me anthor problem becuase I have Sata drive, partioned for different files or would this make this easier to do.

I am sorry, I did not mean to take over the other person thread. I was so conerned about my problem, I read your reply to fast and missed that part. I Also thought we were having the same problem, and it would help both of us having the problem. Also Gary has not post since3-13--2007, so I thought he might of already solved his problem.
