wanting to buy a new pc

I have decided to get a new windows computer, my limit is roughly 1200 dollars...

i have currently been looking into a Dell desktop, any advice? Dimension or Optiplex, Vista or XP?

i also use all of studio 8 and photoshop cs2 a lot.


any feedback would be great
