With two slots left on the mobo (one PCI and one PCI-E) and two cards to purchase (SATA300 Controller Card & HDTV Tuner Card)...
Trying to decide which one needs the Express slot more than the other. Any opinions?

Do you have a choice?
I have never seen a PCI-E TV tuner card.
How many lanes does the PCI-E slot have?

PCI-E 1x
The PCI-E Tuner Card is a Dvico FusionHDTV5 PCI-E (http://www.digitalconnection.com/Products/Video/fusion5exp.asp)
I also have an open PCI-E 16x, but due to the placement of other PCI cards I can't use it.
Choosing between PCI & PCI-E SATAII Controller cards as well as between the Fusion HDTV5 PCI-E or a Hauppauge 1600 PCI. I'm not sure which one could benefit more from the PCI-E 1x slot.

Ended up going with...
PCI Tuner Card: Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-1600 (http://www.hauppauge.com/pages/products/data_hvr1600.html)
PCI-E SATAII Controller Card: SYBA SD-SA2PEX-2IR (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16815124027)
