Hi

Can anyone tell me if I plug my desktop PC into the back of my HD Pioneer plasma using a HDMI connection from the graphic card to DVI cable will this carry the sound from the Pc to the TV . Or will I have to connect the PCs sound card up to?
Has anyone got any reccomendations for connecting a PC DVI to a HD plasma

Thanks to all that reply

The video card does not process or transmit sound.

yaeh, it will not transmit sound, just video output only,...it like you connect your dvd player to your tv,..each have it own output, you need to connect the right jack or you can get the result that you want...no display, or no sound maybe...
