Concerning the Announcement forum:

Nowhere on my browser is there anything stating that the announcement forum is for administrative use only. In fact it says any registered user can post there. I believe my broswer is IE 4.1

Ok, I see it now, but still when you first look at that page it says any registered user may post, I can see why some people miss it
