You said over in the Announcements section that: "but if you bother to read the pink section of the page where you posted this message it specifically states that the Announcements forum is for Administrative use only."

I'm still looking for the pink section that says the Announcements forum is for Administrative use only. Am I going blind, or am I just having an bad day? If it hadn't been for me happening to read your message to muckshifter, I would have had no idea that the Announcements forum was off limits. Do you have a URL for the section where that statement is made? I checked the FAQ's and didn't find anything about it in there either.

Belay that question. I just tried initiating a new post to the Announcements forum to see if I would get the warning you mentioned, and sure enough it's right there as part of the posting form - and NO, I did NOT submit the test post. :-)
