Hi dear,

Does o'clking E6600 any thing to do with Ram?

I used OCZ DDR2 2G PC5400 667MHz Gold Gamer Extrm Heatshield cas 4-4-4-12 but just can o'c it to 284GHz.

If so, can I replace it with 800Mhz ram to get higher GHz?

I assume you mean 284 MHz? ;)

You can OC the CPU. Or you can OC the RAM. Or you can OC both. It depends entirely upon your goals and your mobo's OC'ing options.
