Uknown Program Error

I'm getting a weird error when booting my PC, it's a Compaq Presario - Intel Pentium 3.2 Ghz - 512 MB RAM - 20 GB HDD. Whenever I boot I get the "Program has encountered a problem and needs to close" message, the program name is jushed.exe, that's all I can find out about it. Can I delete this program, or is it needed? I've never seen or heard of it before, that's why I'm asking. Thnx in advance.
