I recently bought a HP Pavillion a1747c, which came with Vista Home Premium. However, there was so much bloatware on it that I decided to perform a clean install of Windows Vista Ultimate.

As a result of this, I have lost some essential programs such as HP Total Advisor Care, which enabled me to check the performance of my desktop. The function keys on my keyboard do not work as well. The basic buttons such as the letter, number keys work, however, the media controls do not work neither do the CD drive buttons or the application short cut buttons like Internet, Email, Search.

How can I get the HP Total Advisor Care software and fix my keyboard?

Thanks

You may just need the multimedia keyboard driver from:
