I'm looking to invest in a home theater PC

It will connect directly into my current tv.
My current TV is a 27" normal (CRT?) tv. It does not have flat screen or any other features.

I have dish network satellite service if it matters, with the reciever and all...

I have a computer with the following specs which i will convert into HTPC:

1.15 GHZ AMD athlon XP
128 mb ati 9200
predetor 5.1 dorround sound
256mb DDR-SODIMM
200gb hard drive
PCI firewire card
DVD rom drive
K7s5a pro motherboard

I am looking for a good TV tuner with remote and any utilities that can make the vedio out from the computer look decent on a TV screen. Something where I can change the resolution to that of a TV's.

Also if I need any other hardware upgrades or something which doesnt need to be in there, please advise me... i can use those parts in other places.

I would HIGHLY recommend more RAM, 256MB DOES NOT CUT IT AT ALL!!! Go ahead and buy another stick, at least 512MB, 1GB if you can afford it.

You can find tuners on newegg.com, they will be rated by people and cheap.
