My suggestion would be to establish a format for questions. This would allow previous questions to be stored in a archive under a specific topic for that issue. Also a search feature that would allow users to review the archieve for a potential answer before duplicating a question. Some answers are never to old to be useful. Also a spell check feature would be helpful too.

I think you're sort of right; though the forum does sort of exist; i.e. FAQs. It's probably very work-intensive to archive FAQ's into a more user-friendly and extensive utility. I have stopped visiting them because they seem a bit limited and static - but that may just be a reflection of me!! http://www.PCGuide.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
